This limited edition Art Scarf was printed on silk as a 70cm square and pin hemmed. It can be worn as a traditional neck tie, wrapped once or twice around or alternatively as a vintage style headscarf.

“The original mixed media artwork from which this design was taken was inspired by a beuatiful sunset which lit up the sky with a wonderful warm glow in the early days of lockdown, a brief and wonderful interlude brought to us by mother nature.”

The magenta, cadmiums and electric blue accent in the original artwork have transferred beautifully to this 100% silk twill scarf and the colours shimmer in the sunlight. The fragments of collage, brushstrokes and drawn lines of the original piece create wonderful details on this luxurious wearable artwork.
